Founded in 1998, we are a small software development business located in Somerville MA, three miles from downtown Boston, with an emphasis on embedded systems and network services.
Engineering: We work in PHP, Python, Java, C, C++, and assembly language (x86 and PIC). For servers and desktop systems, we prefer working with Linux. For embedded systems, we have extensive experience with PIC microcontrollers. Much of our work is in the communications, consumer products, and aerospace sectors, and we have some special expertise in radio systems, particle physics and orbital mechanics.
Business: We develop and prototype new technologies, and then sell or license them to other businesses for integration into their products. On occasion, we design production-ready commercial products, or provide consulting services. We like forming partnerships with other innovative businesses and independent consultants, to create efficient and effective teams for solving specific engineering problems and bringing specific technologies to market.
